General Membership Rules

- You may not post external links of personal gain, unless allowed in a particular forum, IE; ADVERTISEMENTS.
- You may not post images that contain adult content; this isn't a porn site.
- You may not misrepresent yourself as any organization or person you're not or imply that you represent Phantasmagoria Forums with out prior written permission by Calista, Itrilide (Trilly) or any other form of Administration.
- You may not post regarding race.
- You may not post personally identifiable information about yourself or anyone else. That includes Social Security numbers or bank numbers, etc. That is just stupid, and most of you on here most likely do not have a credit/debit card anyways.
- You may not have avatars of a racy nature. This is a Role Playing forum, not a smut site.
-There shall be no topics and/or replies made on this site or any site affiliate that pertains to the realm of religion or politics. This site is for Role Playing and not for political or religious discussion or flaming anything thereof. Now if you are simply stating that you DO NOT BELIEVE IN A HOLY ENTITY or that you DO BELIEVE that is fine. But no hateful or spiteful remarks are allowed towards religious aspects of a topic nor political. Period.

- Profanity in all its forms is tolerated to a certain level. If it gets out of hand, it will banned altogether. An example of such a word that is gone to far are some of the following:

Female Body Reproductive Organs
Male Body Reproductive Organs
Racist slurs
Sexist affirmations

- The Administration reserves the right to be exempt from any and all rules.
- Site Management, Moderators, reserve the right to be exempt from any rules as willed by The Administrator.
- You may not discriminate against others because of Race, Color, Gender, Sexual Preference, Religion, Income, or Marital Status AT ALL ON THIS SITE!

Sub Part C

- You must keep all content posted on a PG rating and not use any drug references or sexual phrases unless in a topic labeled specifically mature. If you believe a topic should be mature, contact Admin.
- You must always respect The Site Administrators and Moderators, no matter who is in the wrong
- You must always respect site veterans and elders, because they know a whole lot more than you think they do. Experience wise anyways.

Sub Part D

- No member can post more than six times a day in any one topic. This is to ensure fairness to other members who might not be able to get online as often as others and who get way behind in the story line as a result.
- All posts in roleplays must be seven sentences long at the SMALLEST starting now. This is the minimum allowed on Phantasmagoria.
- You MUST be an active user (your account will be banned and the only way to get on will be to contact the admin through E-mail)
- NO GODMODING! Is allowed on this site! Ever! Users will be given a single warning but further misuse of this rule and you will be banned! This ban is non-negotiable.

Sub Part E

So this has been happening more than just a couple times on the forum and the problem needs to be addressed. I personally have been noticing more and more mistakes in posts. There IS a rule on this forum that you MUST use a spell-check before posting your replies. Administration understands that this is not always possible, but we also understand that it takes 3-6 seconds to scan over a single paragraph of text to scout out possible mistakes.

Therefore, a new Forum-wide rule is about to be reinforced by me, my fellow Admin Itrilide and our moderators.

No posts may contain 3 or more mistakes. No matter what the reason. If this occurs, you will be sent a message, warning you of the offense and asked to edit your post and fix said mistakes. A list of mistakes that count in this case will be listed below. If you receive three of these notes, you will be banned from the site for a week. After that you will be allowed to resume posting. If you repeat the offense, then you will be banned for two. After that its a lifelong ban, your account will be deleted and your IP Address blocked for blatant disregard of the rules.

List of Offenses
~Misspelled words
~Uncapitalized Proper Nouns--this includes names One of these in a post will not be counted. Numerous ones will all be counted.
~Second capitalized letter in a word. Ex. SHe started to go shopping at the LOcal MAll.
~Keep your posts clean of violence, sexual terminology and cursing while not in the mature parts of the forum.

Another note
We have an RP Help Forum for a reason. It is insanely obvious that some people are not reading through it as the mods and I have noticed numerous fixable mistakes. While there is no penalty for this (as of yet) if you are referred to the Help Forum by a moderator, then you should step up your writing and concentration when you write a post, don't just throw it all together in a quick second. Take pride in your work. Check out the Help Forum and see what you can learn from it. If you have any questions, ask in the Help section on the forum, or contact the mod who referred you.
