Uh, has anybody heard of any of the following bands?
- Black Veil Brides
- Escape the fate
- Bring Me the Horizon
- Bullet for my Valentine
or
- Daath (a bit unlike the others, but very, very awesome)
It is very hard to find people who like the same type of music as me. At school, my friends call me "The psycho" because I like heavy-metal/screamo.
Anyone a heavy metal and/or screamo fan out there?

I like some. I've heard of Bullet for my Valentine, but I haven't actually listened to them. I like Metallica, if they count.

Metallica is awesome. I like their newer albums the best. Although I can't help but sometimes think that they, and Slipknot are a bit too alike.

Wasn't Metallica established first?

I doubt anyone here listens to what I seem to be listening to most of the time now-a-days... orchestrations.

Metallica was founded in 1993 and Slipknot was founded in 1995 under the name, "The Pale Ones" They only changed it to Slipknot in 1998/1999.

Orchestrations? You mean with like all of the different band instruments and a conductor and everything?

Yeah, pretty much. It's like a combination of a school band and a school orchestra... except a lot bigger. I've been buying music from games, mainly Final Fantasy. It has the best music that I've found so far.

Oo, I like Marylin Manson! He did this remix of the Powerpuff Girls theme song. It is really creepy...

Nodame Cantabile? Never seen it.

I guess maybe my (previous) being in orchestra plus the fact I have a musically absorbant brain-sponge makes the orchestrations more logical as to my tastes. -is confused by own sentence

Yay! Best friends! -offers hug

Oh gosh. Yeah, me and Trill know that one. Heh heh...

For those of you who haven't heard it, you should hear it while watching the movie. Then it will make much more sense.

True... they are pretty graphic. The video just accentuates it a bit. You know, with the actual touching.

Though, with "I Will Make You A Man" (I think that's what it's called) you kinda do need to see the movie to get the hint that's in there that you just can't get as well with the music.
